Singapore National Employers Federation collaborated with Workforce Singapore to pilot the HR Tech Transformation Programme (HRTTP).
Technology is disrupting HR and companies can digitalise their HR processes for improved productivity and enhanced employee experience. The HRTTP aims to support enterprises in implementing HR technology through redesign HR processes jobs. With less HR operation work to handle, HR professionals could spend more time on strategic HR to support the organisation’s business objectives.
